Course Overview
This course is to help develop an understanding of Management techniques focused around valuing customers, working in a team and thriving in a busy business setting. You will look at Lean Organisation techniques for business including productivity analysis, improvement indicators in the workplace and how to create effective teamwork in Business.

This is a fully online course, no in college attendance is required. The course is only compatible on a computer/ laptop or tablet.
You will be assessed through a variety of different written tasks and short answers questions. All provided on the platform and the feedback will also come through on the same system.
There are no entry requirements for this course however you will be asked upon enrolment what your previous qualifications are.
