Horticulture
Work in partnership with Groundwork at the Thornes Park Nursery.
Enjoy working outside rather than in a classroom? Prefer practical tasks to exams? Then a horticulture course could be for you. Working in a realistic working environment, you will complete the tasks you need to gain a qualification in Horticulture.
You will work in small groups on projects to develop and maintain a large garden area. Working in a team you will build confidence, social skills, ability to work independently and use a wide range of tools.
