Part of the

Social Sciences

These include Business, Criminology, Psychology and Sociology, which have become increasingly popular over recent years.

Social Science subjects cover the study of society, human behaviour and relationships amongst both people and institutions. This area of study is suitable for anyone with an interest in human behaviour, society and crime. Studying Social Sciences helps us understand people and their behaviour, how societies and communities operate and what can be done to improve the quality of life for these communities.

Social Science studies contribute to a broad range of sectors from healthcare to business to law and education. These courses offer students valuable and transferable skills such as research, communication, empathy, discussion, essay writing and critical thinking that are all valued by universities and employers.
